For labs
Licensed from the source, not resold.
We hold the rights from the operating company, we do the de-identification, and we sign the licence. That makes us the counterparty your legal team can actually diligence.
What a corpus contains
An operating corpus is the working record of a real company across the systems it actually runs on. Mail and chat between colleagues. The documents a team produced and revised. Project trackers, ticket queues and internal wikis. Database schemas and structured records. Accounting. The decision trail that connects them.
It is not product content, not marketing material, and not anything scraped. If it could have been collected from the public internet, it is not what we sell.
Six things we get asked in every diligence call
Where did it come from
Every delivered file carries a stable identifier, a content hash, its source system and export, the acquisition date, and the agreement under which we hold it. That record is auditable, not a claim in a slide.
Is it coherent
One company, one period, across multiple systems, so a thread in chat connects to a document, a ticket and a ledger entry. Cross-system coherence is the property that cannot be faked by aggregating.
How big is it, exactly
Counted from the source systems, not estimated from a sample. If the manifest overstates, the shortfall is ours to make good.
What format
Native. Spreadsheet formulas and internal references intact, documents substantively populated, nothing password protected, encrypted or rights-managed.
Are there duplicates
Screened before delivery. A single form repeated across thousands of files adds no information and we do not ship it as though it does.
Who carries the risk
We do. The rights and provenance warranties sit with us as licensor, backed by the agreements we hold upstream. See licensing terms.
How a licence gets done
- Tell us the industries, systems and volumes you want this quarter.
- We send the manifests for corpora that fit, redacted, with exclusions listed.
- You review a sample tranche against your own requirements.
- We agree field of use, term, exclusivity and price, and sign.
- Delivery in labelled tranches, segmented by industry, against an acceptance window.
We do not publish a price table. Public programmes in this market pay roughly $50,000 to $2,000,000 per company depending on size, depth and field of use, and we price inside that range against what a manifest actually contains.
